Richard Esterman Website
Richard Esterman is a man who wears many hats. The needs in a website certainly reflected that. While primarily designed and built in order to support his photography business, the web development took on a number of other challenges as well. He needed to be able to manage part of the site content himself, so a content management system (CMS) was necessary. A e-commerce solution was also required for the exceeding number of photography prints he has for sale. In addition, he manages a series of events that take place in the Central Oregon area every year and also is politically running for office.
A content management system (CMS) with an e-commerce shopping cart solution allows him to add new prints for sale himself without the knowledge needed for coding. He can also add or modify events and change any written content on his site without ever relying on a 3rd party to do so.
